Brian with Cool Experts was amazing. He responded to my message on thumbtack instantly once I reached out to him. I made an appointment, he came out and assessed my situation and resolved it regarding my AC problem. Brian was very knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. I absolutely recommend him for Heating and Air services.

Omg Brian is a life saver. While everyone was telling me it was my compressor ($1500 - $3500) he went on my roof and was able to find the problem and it was my connector ($75) . I am ecstatic and pleased. I highly recommend him!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🌬❄️❄️

The install went according to plan and description. The new heater and AC unit (Goodman Brand) was Brian's recommended choice and all unit serial numbers were provided so that I (as the customer) can register the unit with goodman.com for the limited warranty. Brian said he will also warranty his work for 1 year; which is great peace of mind. Overall, I am content with the install and the experience. Comparing Cool-Experts quote and work with the larger players in the HVAC field; Cool-experts and Brian win in a landslide. 5-star all around. Thank you Brian.
