Justin’s work was an 11/10 across the board. From the get-go he was very responsive and courteous, we chose him over other electricians from his customer service in our initial messages alone. Justin arrived a bit early but made sure to notify me and waited in his vehicle until I had time to get home and take care of my dog before we got started. I was not able to give him an accurate measurement for the height of our ceiling, and unfortunately the ladder he brought was barely too short for him to safely remove and replace a light fixture in our open two-story entryway. Our schedule was clear, and Justin offered to retrieve another ladder that he knew would do the job, then came back and continued. He put the new fixture together for us straight out of the box and made sure he got it to just the right height that we wanted. He took his time to do the job right while also staying efficient. He also replaced/installed an outdoor wall-mounted light for us, and in the process used spare wood screws he had on hand to better secure the existing housing into the wall, and found and removed an old dirt dobber nest that had made the space behind the old light fixture it’s home for who knows how long. He cleaned up after himself thoroughly, all the fixture wrappings taped back up into their boxes and swept up every speck of dust back up off the floor. I am telling you, above and beyond the whole way along! High-quality work and incredible customer service. We are very happy we chose Justin to help and will 100% be calling him back in the future for more projects to come.
