- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I require a $50 booking fee that is due with the signed contract before the session. This fee goes toward your total amount. I do give referral discounts to both parties (referrer and referred)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we are in contact, I typically like to set up a phone call or in-person meeting so that we can get to know each other before the event and work out all of the details to create a perfect experience. I also like to send out a small questionnaire with questions concerning the session, and just about yourself for me to understand your needs so we can make your session the best that it can be! I want you to feel comfortable and relaxed when working with me because that is when everyone is at their best.

I am self-taught over the last three years and I'm constantly learning new things and techniques.
