Hired on Thumbtack
Miguel was on time and professional upon the initial installation. Shortly after he left, I noticed that the TV mounted was uneven. On 6/12 I messaged him on ThumbTack asking if he could come back to fix it. After not getting a reply I sent him a text message. He said that he could come back that week on Friday. I said that I would be available in the morning and asked if that time would work for him. I have now sent him text messages on 2 separate days. I still have not gotten a response.
