MAK services came out to install a couple Ring devices for me. My handyman was supposed to show by 2 but he called and said he was going to be late, which was fine, and I appreciated the call. Turns out he was going to be even later than expected so the owner called me and came out in his place. He put up my cams and when we figured out that I needed to have a different mount to get the view I wanted, he offered to come back out at no charge when I got the new one. Also gave me some prices on other projects on his own time after he was done with the hourly time. Being late happens to all companies, I was happy that they made the effort to mitigate the issue, despite my being fine with the delay. Will definitely use again for future work.

I have finally found a responsive professional handyman company. Thais is a game changer. My tech was running late so the owner stopped what he was doing and came to my house. He is professional, competent and customer satisfaction driven. His company does all types of work from electric to plumbing to general repairs. No job too small.

We can always work on pricing to meet individual needs of each client! We are not the cheapest but we are not the most expensive either. We know our worth!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients will contact us and explain the project in detail, we provide an estimate at no charge, and client should respond with "I'm interested or Not interested". This will help us know to move forward with communication or move on with projects.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our techs have over 20 years experience and are GCAP certified for Operator 1
