Great service. The handyman they sent was very professional . The included instructions neglected to mention a battery was necessary but he figured it out. He also helped me transport the item to where it needed to go.

MAK services came out to install a couple Ring devices for me. My handyman was supposed to show by 2 but he called and said he was going to be late, which was fine, and I appreciated the call. Turns out he was going to be even later than expected so the owner called me and came out in his place. He put up my cams and when we figured out that I needed to have a different mount to get the view I wanted, he offered to come back out at no charge when I got the new one. Also gave me some prices on other projects on his own time after he was done with the hourly time. Being late happens to all companies, I was happy that they made the effort to mitigate the issue, despite my being fine with the delay. Will definitely use again for future work.
