This insures that you receive a thorough and well documented inspection After we preform the inspection of the home we provide clients with a detailed report of any deficiencies found during our inspection. As a courtesy our reports also include estimates for the cost of repairs or replacement of items based on the average contractors rate. This is a helpful tool to use when renegotiating with the seller or to help get a better understanding of the overall cost of ownership. Our inspector will also provide information on home maintenance tips to help you with keeping your home in tiptop shape. We encourage you as the homeowner to join us during the inspection if possible. This is a great time to familiarize yourself with the home and so that if you have any questions or concerns we are able to discuss them at that time. Meeting and working with new people is a very enjoyable part of our job. We have also had the opportunity to perform inspections on some very interesting and unique places and have met many great people, all while providing a service.
