We, the owners, are husband (Patrick) and wife (Rosana). Patrick helps with the marketing and business development. Rosana is from Brazil originally (legal resident) and performs cleaning, oversight of cleaners, and will be your main point of contact.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer prices that fit every client's budget fair and honest rates based on the size of your home, the complexity of the job, the number of bedrooms/bathrooms, and the types of cleaning you need (regular, first ou deep clean).
No hidden fees. We offer free quotes, either in person or via video call.
We provide cleaning supplies and equipment, though we can use yours if you prefer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start whit a free visit to your home (or a video call) to understand your needs and priorities.
So, we discuss which areas need the more attention, whether you have pets, children, or allergies; we offer eco-friendly supplies or can use your preferred ones.
On cleaning day, my "Team" and arrive and get to work; once finished, we do a final walkthrough whit you, if needed to ensure everything is perfect.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of profissional experience in residential cleaning, and my cleaners undergo rigorous training in routine, (Initial, First and Deep cleaning).
I am fully Insured and Licensed and trustworthy, whit excellent references and reviews.
