FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we like to gather as much information from the customers on what is their overall goal such as color scheme, time of start to completion, surfaces getting painted, and choice of paint. I always like to make sure customers understand before they commit to the job because colors don’t always look the same in store as it does on their wall because for one the lighting is different in the store than in their homes. I recommend them to get a sample of the color they want and test it on the wall and let it dry/ cure and or change lighting so they can see results. Also I like to know what is the overall color scheme or other projects that are getting done in the house that can effect their color scheme. So for me it’s about bringing their dreams to reality! Your house will give you a mood because you spend the most time there it’s like your home!
