Robert provided exceptional service on my lock-replacement project. I was so frustrated when a 16-month old electronic deadbolt lock mechanism failed with no warning. I was unable to unlock or open my front door - even with the lock's key. An urgent call to the manufacturer's customer support provided no solution except to inform me that the lock mechanism's warranty expired after 1 year and would have to contact a locksmith. I immediately posted next-day project requests after reviewing profiles of 3 locksmith pros. Robert was the very first to respond. The next day I purchased a replacement unit (different brand with longer warranty period). Upon inspection of my door and the broken deadbolt, Robert patiently explained I had the wrong type and showed me exactly which lock I needed to exchange it for. He returned the very next day, installed the new lock, and helped me program & test it. Robert even fixed my storm door's lock, which we had not been able to successfully lock since replacing its closure mechanism. That was such a bonus. Anyone seeking a friendly, responsive, and ultra-professional locksmith can feel confident that Robert really knows his craft.
