During the mold remediation experience, you may face a range of emotions like my wife and I did. Traci Cochran helped us to navigate those emotions. Traci, Felicia, and Tim were a delight to work with! Traci is highly skilled in working with insurance companies. She knows how to build the case for your reimbursement. Our adjuster enjoyed working with her because she made his job easier. Traci is very dependable – she came when she said she would, and did not drag out the remediation. Imagine coming home from your destination wedding to a basement full of water a week later. Every emotion ran through us - shock, sadness, fear. We immediately turned Thumbtack to inside someone to help and Traci was top of the list. Once she started the renovation, her crew noticed an unexpected infestation of black mold. A completely new problem and bigger price tag. While we were crushed at the severity of this news, Traci and her crew were truly amazing at comforting us and reassuring us every step of the way. Not only were they all kind, but they worked efficiently and effectively through the entire remediation process and kept us more than updated along the way. Their work turned out beautifully compared to where we started.. and came with a one year warranty just in case. We are a grateful to Traci and C&C for being there when we needed them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to remediation, our team can only quote what they can see. If further damage is found to be behind the walls, in the attic, or in a place where our cameras can't go then additional charges could apply. We do our best to provide the most accurate estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Being able to communicate with the client and empathize with their emergency is the utmost importance. We like to ask a lot of questions to ascertain the damage. Establishing a client's relationship is very important to us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this industry for over 24 years. I am licensed and certified with the IICRC (International Institute of Cleaning and Restoration Contractors) to provide water, fire, and mold cleanup services.
