- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
DCbyT is flexible and fair on pricing. We base our pricing on what you desire but also on ensuring we have the freshest and organic ingredients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk over the phone. I want to hear what is your vision for the event. I talk about what we do and then develop a proposal of menu.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certificate in Hospitality and Tourism management. I hold a MBA in Organizational Leadership I understand customer service. From the side of Food I have over 40 years of sitting at the feet of the elders in the kitchen and was able to craft my own spins on the classics.
