Delightful Catering by TaNisha is a growing small boutique business that specializes in Southern and Cali fusion menus. Our desserts are like none other you will try. Established in 2019 after years of having friends and family saying "You need to do this professionally". TaNisha finally got the picture and birthed Delightful after a major life shift. We have full food service and building towards larger parties. Currently we accept parties up to 150 people.

Delightful Catering by TaNisha Chef Owner, TaNisha Harris Grant, was amazing to work with. We had a private dinner and TaNisha and her team catered the whole event. She is professional, responsive, creative in her menu suggestions, and offers a great value in her pricing. The food was excellent, service outstanding, and when the event was over, you would not have known she was ever there, the kitchen was cleaner than when she arrived! She not only cooks but can offer wine pairing suggestions, specialty cocktail options, all while providing everything from dishes and serving pieces to floral centerpieces and linens. She is truly a delight and an amazing Chef.

TaNisha was absolutely amazing! I worked with her to help plan my fiancé’s 30th birthday surprise dinner. She not only was friendly, she talked with me about what she was making, and how. She was on time with arrival, and also our 3 courses. She left our place as clean as it was before she arrived. I’ll definitely be working with her again!!

This was the BEST experience ever! TaNisha and her staff prepared a fantastic, beautiful, delicious meal and accommodated my Dairy free Husband and Gluten Free Best friend. All of my guests are still raving about the food and experience. I will be using TaNisha again soon for both small and large events. I am so very grateful to her for executing such a flawless dinner!

DCbyT is flexible and fair on pricing. We base our pricing on what you desire but also on ensuring we have the freshest and organic ingredients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk over the phone. I want to hear what is your vision for the event. I talk about what we do and then develop a proposal of menu.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certificate in Hospitality and Tourism management. I hold a MBA in Organizational Leadership I understand customer service. From the side of Food I have over 40 years of sitting at the feet of the elders in the kitchen and was able to craft my own spins on the classics.
