I am so glad we found Rossie. She was very professional. She knew exactly the taste and the cuisine we were looking for. She was very easy to talk to, very easy to get in touch with. Rossie was also very flexible in changing the menu, if there was something that I didn't like she was willing to change it to my satisfaction. One thing that I would change. I was not happy with her servers. I had to constantly ask them to clean the tables or Just be on top of them to make sure things were getting done. That was a disappointment. So 100% hiring Rossie, but will find another option for servers.

I have used Rossie's Delight for several parties. Rossie truly makes party planning effortless!! You tell her a vague description of what you have in mind, she comes up with suggested menus, and even decorates!! She even has several vegetarian options that are amazing (as opposed to an afterthought like some caterers I have experienced). Such a wonderful experience.

I have used Rossie with Rossie's Delight for several Christmas parties and baby showers for my girlfriends and she is absolutely the best caterer I have ever had! She not only caters the food, but also brings the mood. Rossie will decorate the tables, and if you wish, the house as well, based on the occasion. She will bring the table cloths, the dishes to match the occasion (e.g., Christmas, etc.) and will stay throughout the party to replenish the food and clean up. I recently had Rossie cater the 3rd birthday party for my daughter. We only hired her to do the dessert display as we decided to go with pizza for the main meal. The dessert "display" consisted of 7 types of desserts on a dessert buffet. it was so beautifully done and we still hear compliments from the guests about the food we had at the birthday party. Highly recommend!

Rossie's Delight did an excellent job at our baby shower. I highly recommend her!
