James at Crist Jr Roofing did a great job; he fixed the leak over my roof after a few others had already tried and failed. He also spotted a few other issues and fixed those as well. Great experience and will definitely use this company again.

Ron is a very patient and professional roofer. Was very patient with me during process as I was thorough with inspecting the work as they did it. He can back and corrected any issues we had and also did the gutters as well. Drove a long way to do our house from his base location. Following is his fathers footsteps and doing a great job. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we first come out we want to make sure you know what your problem is before you have to pay anything. A free inspection and estimate is the best way to do that, to help give you some insight on what something can cost to get started.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first want to come out and see the problem, and we want you to meet us to help explain the process in person. Once we come out we walk to you though the install process and answer any questions you have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our inspectors have training with GAF manufacturing to make sure we can do our jobs correctly and make sure we are up to date on all products. Our Gutter installers are all Senox Verified and have a combined experience of over 35yrs.
