Immediately professional. I’ve been in insurance 15 yrs I’ve seen my share of scammers on roofs. He is not one. He was spot on about what us as insurance companies need to support a full replacement. Explained the algae which I didn’t even know we had down here. Invoice is detailed and thorough. When it’s time to replace he will definitely be hired for the job.

Storms R Us came out over the summer back in June. They were on time, and very thorough in explaining the area of my roof that needed repair. I have not had any issues in that area since June.
