- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing can vary from home to home due to the fact that very rarely is the scope of work the same on any two homes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon initial request from the customer a Patriot representative will come to your home. First we will discuss your concerns and goals. We will then do a thorough inspection of your home / problem area. This will include diagnosing, measuring, photos and a detailed diagram. We will then sit with you and go over our findings and discuss our plan to fix your home. When we are finished you will have an exact price for the work needed and if you choose to move forward we can get you on our schedule at that time.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be thorough in asking questions. Make sure what you want for your home is being accomplished and you are not just being "sold" what is most profitable for the business. Make sure you are getting a good Warranty. In our industry you should always get a lifetime warranty.
