Before Booking
To ensure a smooth scheduling process, please review our booking policies:
• 50% Deposit Required
A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of your quoted service total is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
• 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of the deposit. This policy helps us reserve dedicated time for every client and accommodate our schedule fairly.
• Arrival & Access
Please ensure we have access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. Delays in access may reduce the time available for cleaning or require rescheduling.
• Scope of Service
Our estimates are based on the information provided before booking. If the condition of the home or requested services differ significantly upon arrival, additional charges may apply with your approval before work begins.

I'm only disappointed that I can only choose 3 of the 5 listed qualities because Azure Living, LLC excelled in all five: work quality, value, professionalism, punctuality, and responsiveness.
I recently moved to Georgia and had a difficult time finding a place to live. After finally finding a duplex that worked for me financially, I toured a unit that smelled clean and had the amenities I needed. When I returned to sign the lease, however, I noticed a foul odor and started realizing the place needed a much deeper cleaning than I originally thought.
At first, I thought I could tackle it myself. Then I got the lights turned on.
The more I saw, the more I realized this was beyond me. When the gas was turned on, the technician even commented that it smelled like something might be dead in the walls or vents. I felt terrible about my decision to sign the lease and came to this app with a very long list of things that needed attention before I could feel comfortable living there.
Azure contacted me almost immediately. They listened to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions, worked around my schedule, and offered a very fair price. They were even gracious when we had to reschedule because the hot water hadn't been turned on by the original appointment date.
The morning of the cleaning, I received a text with an estimated arrival time. Service was prompt, professional, and genuinely caring. After the cleaning, we did a walkthrough together, and I was honestly so appreciative I could have cried.
The baseboards were cleaned. The bathroom was usable without making me want to gag. The stove and refrigerator had been transformed. I truly could not have asked for a better cleaning or a kinder human being.
Most importantly, I don't walk into the duplex and smell something putrid anymore. I walk in and feel comfortable.
What more could anyone ask for?
I would absolutely use Azure Living again, and I would recommend them to anyone.
