Before Booking To ensure a smooth scheduling process, please review our booking policies: • 50% Deposit Required A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of your quoted service total is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. • 24-Hour Cancellation Policy Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of the deposit. This policy helps us reserve dedicated time for every client and accommodate our schedule fairly. • Arrival & Access Please ensure we have access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. Delays in access may reduce the time available for cleaning or require rescheduling. • Scope of Service Our estimates are based on the information provided before booking.
