Communication was great prior to cut, was able to get out to me next day and service. The mow was good and fairly well priced. However, was extremely late due to yard before mine. Was supposed to arrive around 12:30 but did not get to my house until 3:00pm. This caused an issue because he was not able to beat the rain. After mow left shag and grass everywhere outside on shared community road. Informed me there was nothing he could do due to rain and would come back with his broom. It's been 3 days with no response on return. I had to personally contact HOA to apologize and clean all areas with my own products. I tipped well, overall good mow disappointed in the Cleanup and communication after.

Did not complete agreed upon priced job because the tree trimmer was tired. Hired twice and quit for the same reasons, except on one occasion, they wanted more money. Breach of contract on both hired.
