First Innovative Flooring

Dear Customer While you were in California we only not just picked up the wrong material that you ordered or Home depot gave you, Even the lady and Manager from Home depot told us that the material was the same as you ordered just different manufacturer, but that's between you and home depot but the fact that you had 3 guys working loading and unloading over 50 boxes using gas , time , equipment to grind down all the buckles on the hardwood (Which we did not recommend at front) and on top of that taking materials to the property to second and first floor then loading it back up because you didn't like the gray color that you ordered. All that while you were in California not in your property. We also put several items inside the house from Amazon (Which is not our responsibility ) and you still are saying that we took reducers that Home depot Never gave us??? after all we did for you????we also went to your house and we put several items that arrived from amazon inside your property we don't steal from people, the only reducer that we received was left at your property. We send you a picture of the receipt of all materials we have to return from your Incorrect order, I had 3 guys working an entire day for $200 thinking that we were going to go back and finished a project but not sure how California people get paid for a day but certainly not $200 for 3 guys and picking up and returning material for free for a mistake that we didn't even made. I would be embarrassed to even leave a bad review for a company that did all that for you while you were not even present. ( FOR YOUR INFO "NO" REGISTERED AND LICENSED COMPANY WILL GIVE YOU WARRANTY IF YOUR HARDWOOD FLOORS ARE BUCKLING AND PULLING UP AND YOU WANT TO INSTALL MATERIAL ON TOP ) EVENTUALLY YOUR NEW LVP WILL START PULLING UP AND WILL SEE IF THE COMPANY B WILL RESPOND YOUR CALLS..... , We communicated with you the whole time and told you over the phone that the material was incorrect and returned all the material at home depot same day so you could get your money back faster and send you a picture of receipt for it!! all that for $200 not sure what you are thinking but definitely people don't do all that for $200 you are very lucky I didn't sue you for breaking a signed contract but People get what they deserve eventually! God Bless **************************************************************************Response updated 01-19-2026 I like to see over time if customers got the flooring done by looking at their reviews on their profile and I just noticed she did a horrible review on a new Flooring company probably the ones they finally got the business and installed the floor at the house, she posted pictures where the floors were buckling (I'm not happy for the fact but like my response said that home really needed demolition and self leveling prior floor installation some times we learn the bad way but at least her review proved us right)
