- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We make sure that we not only have quality material, but a spirit of excellence while installing your service needs (whether it be a full roof replacement, roof repair, gutters, etc). But we give our customers a fair estimate, which helps us be competitive in our industry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step One: Once you reach out with your service needs, a team member will reach out to you to schedule an inspection at your home. Step Two: A Miracle Roof representative will conduct a thorough roof inspection at your residence. Depending on the issue at hand, we may need access to your attic space to get a full look for an accurate estimate. Step Three: Once a contract is signed, we schedule an install day for your service needs. During install day, our project manager will be there to ensure a smooth process.
