Introduction: My ability to engage with my students helps me to challenge and encourage them to learn in a fun and stress-free learning environment. I base my lessons on the student's school curriculum, books or any additional materials provided for the lesson. If possible, I can contact the student's Spanish teacher for any suggestions or orientation to make sure that we are "on the same page" as far as the tutoring needs of the student go. With adults, I develop a curriculum and adapt it to their field of occupation to create meaningful lessons for their professional needs. I am very passionate about teaching my own language. I love seeing a student articulating sentences in Spanish and being able to communicate in this new language. I appreciate the process of the learning experience of my students ; I feel very satisfied when they share their stories in which they have used or applied concepts from our lessons.
