Diane's company came to clean my house today. They did an amazing job! I have four pets, so the hair occumulates rapidly and in hard to reach areas. When they were done, it looked like a new house! Thank you so much for all the hard work. I am very pleased!

Needed my house cleaned. Diane sent me a quote and we set up an appointment for cleaning. She called me a couple days prior to confirm and I discovered she wasnt planning to clean that day but "look at" the house to give me a quote. Luckily she was still able to clean that day as I had a realtor coming to look at the house that night. Diane did a great job cleaning the oven but didnt wipe down the cabinets. Over the next week or so I discovered several other places where they were supposed to clean and didnt such as furniture tops behind decorations and my dining room floor. I will say that my house was filthy since I recently had back surgery and had been unable to do anything and in two hours my house became nearly guest ready again.

Denise I had explained to you that I had two Denise on my schedule that week 1 house I was coming to look at and yours I was coming to clean and I just called you thinking that you were the one that I was going to look at but after talking to you I realized you were the one that I was going to clean I did apologize for that and i do apologiz once again and we were moving stuff and dusting everywhere and you said to the grils that you didn't want your stuff moved out sorry for the miscommunication and the front of your kitchen cabinets I did clean them the best I could get them I'm sorry if they wasn't to your liking I would be happy to come out and straighten up the things that you said we missed and before I left that day I asked you did everything look good and you said that you were happy with it I always want to make my customers happy I go above and beyond and thank you for give me the opportunity to at least try and thank you for your review it's the little things like that that help me improve and grow my company Diane
