About

my work is a product of my passion for history, poetry and art. It is inspired by film and timeless taste. Shadows, sunlight, reflections, textures, depth and beautifully raw moments can be found all throughout my work. I am madly in love with photography, history and poetry. Poetic images was derived from these 3 passions. I capture poetic photographs that will, too soon, become history.

Anna is one of the most professional photographers in the business. She made sure that our family was excited for the shoot and she was prepared to give us what we wanted. If we had specific poses, she created them. If we had a style we liked it was done to perfection. When we arrived the shoot was ready and our family was ready to have fun and it showed in our authentic aulbum. Anna has checked on us many times to make sure we are still happy with the shoot. The review makes it sounds like we are life long friends but I was referred to Anna by a friend. She's an AMAZING photographer and will continue to help shoot our family memories. She's an awesome by the way and I'm adopting her as a new friend! ;)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a price list on my website. If you receive a quote via thumbtack, my price list can be disregarded.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally chat through email and then phone. An in person meeting is recommended for large events and of coarse weddings.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended workshops and had mentorships. I have researched, shadowed and spent hours upon hours behind my camera. I have been running my own photography business for 4 years.
