- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to give the best quotes possible; making them as low as possible for the customer to save as much as they can and feel that they are getting the "bang for their buck"! A customer should always ask if we have a special running at the time of their cleaning, because we run many discounts a year!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We first find out the size of the job and the cleaning needs of the job by speaking with the customer. 2. Create a quote for the customer, offering whatever current discounts are available for that type of cleaning. 3. Do the cleaning job 4. Give our "24 Hour Happiness Guarantee" policy to the customer before ever charging them for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
the Cleaners are well trained and tested before they are brought onto our team. Only 02% of those who apply to work with us, actually get hired because our standards as a cleaning service company are just that high!
