What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use national averages to price projects . I am not typically the highest but at the same time I am also not typically the lowest.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typically we start out with a phone call. then we move on to pictures. I set up an appointment go out to the location of their project. discuss exactly what they want and give helpful advice. get a start date lined out. after starting the project get a deposit. finish the job and leave them with a smile.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned the trade from my grandfather and other family members. I have worked in body shops cabinet shops welded oil rigs together built sewer and subway tunnels remodeled mini homes throughout my life built my own home I have worked in residential and commercial remodeling maintenance and upkeep for many years.
