Jake did a great job for us. We had plumbing repairs that left multiple holes in the walls, and we were on a tight timeline with new tenants moving in. He responded quickly, came out for a quote right away, and was able to get the repairs, sanding, painting, and even a faucet issue handled efficiently.

He communicated clearly throughout the process, kept me updated, sent photos when needed, and worked with our flooring schedule to help everything line up. When there was a small miscommunication about part of the job scope, he didn’t hesitate — he went back out promptly and made it right without issue.

Professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I would absolutely hire him again.

I would recommend Jake to anyone with appliance problems. He explained as he found problems. He even texted me info to be able to show the Retailer the reason for the malfunction. Never had that kind of service before. Thank you again Jake!

Jake is a real nice guy and was very responsive. The problem with my washer was intermittent leak. He found the issue but we could not find a replacement part. So we used an inventive solution that we hoped would work. It sadly did not.
But a few days later he sent me a message that he finally was able to locate a part with the idea of me installing myself. He did not have to do that. But he did.
I highly recommend him.
