Jake is a gem of a Pro on Thumbtack. I hired jake to convert a NAPOLEON Prestige 500 RSIB gas grill to propane. He was Super responsive with great communication and most importantly punctual. He came right on time of what we had agreed to. That alone is hard to fine these days. But best of all, he is an amazing tech and was able to find workarounds to get my grill converted. I've done alot of research on converting my Napoleon grill and I already knew it would be very difficult cause Napoleon doesn't sell a conversion kit nor do they provide any specs or schematics on the conversion hardware needed. Jake was able to figure it out and get my grill converted and made sure to test so that it's working properly and safe. His price was very fair and I highly recommend him for anything you need done to your Grill. I plan on hiring Jake again for cleaning and servicing in the Spring. Great find and will be a long time customer.
