Jake is a real nice guy and was very responsive. The problem with my washer was intermittent leak. He found the issue but we could not find a replacement part. So we used an inventive solution that we hoped would work. It sadly did not. But a few days later he sent me a message that he finally was able to locate a part with the idea of me installing myself. He did not have to do that. But he did. I highly recommend him.
