- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most initial telephonic consults are around $45. If you have a complicated medical condition, then the price will be increased. Follow up calls are around $25. I usually give clients two to three calls.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually have customers keep a three food journal, and we start from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am required to have at least 30 hours of education per year. I try and go to the annual national conferences in nutrition. I listen to webibnars and live presentations.
