She's very consistent in her contact. She has great experience with nutrition on many different levels. She stays in close contact, very professional and really knows her field. She has experience in diabetes, c-diff, weight control, alcoholism and many broad areas.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most initial telephonic consults are around $45. If you have a complicated medical condition, then the price will be increased. Follow up calls are around $25. I usually give clients two to three calls.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually have customers keep a three food journal, and we start from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am required to have at least 30 hours of education per year. I try and go to the annual national conferences in nutrition. I listen to webibnars and live presentations.
