Just finished our 2nd or 3rd project with Chase & TJ. This one was a complete kitchen renovation. Again very pleased with there professionalism and quality of work. Possibly have another project coming up and will be calling these guys againWe have used them on couple of projects from a deck & stairs repair/replacement and work on front porch. Chase kept us informed on the progress which was good. The deck staining was delayed due to weather so we can't fault Grindstone for that, lol.We also had some carpenter ant damage that needed repaired guickly as a garage door project hinged on those repairs. Chases crew had that done in a couple of day.Very attentive to there work, very friendly.I would highly recommend Chase and Grindstone Renovations.

We had some rotten fascia and soffit boards that needed to be replaced . We called Chase to come look at it and he was there the next couple of days . He explained to us what the causes of the issue was and made our house look new again! He also came that very next day to make sure the job was done correctly. You will not be disappointed with using Chase and we will be using him in our future projects

The workers are extremely skilled (our inspectors marveled at the quality of their craft!) when the next opportunity presents itself, we will definitely be return customers! I recently moved to this area and did not know anyone in the Construction business. I needed my deck enlarged and my basement finished. Grindstone Renovations was recommended to me. I had a good feeling about Chase Green at our first meeting and I was right. Chase and his crew did a wonderful job for us. We are so happy with our new basement and deck. He worked hard to get everything done in my time frame. I'm very happy with how Chase communicated with us every step of the way. It is a quality investment in my home. I will post pictures later when the furnishings are all arranged and the rooms are decorated.
