Phil arrived on time, was friendly & professional. He answered my questions, informed me of some things I had not asked, and cleaned up after himself nicely. I would recommend Ironclad Plumbing get trucks with a lower backend to make lifting toilets in and out much easier and safer.

We had friends staying at our home in Ellijay & in the middle of the night, a pipe burst in the wall & we had an indoor swimming pool - not the kind you want! I needed to find a plumber to fix it ASAP - a difficult task for the Friday before a holiday weekend. I called a local Ellijay plumber (who has yet to return my call & who will never get another call from me) and then I tried Ironclad Plumbing. Jessica answered my call & told me she'd call right back after she spoke with her plumber. Within 10 minutes, we had an appointment for later in the morning. My husband met Brad the Plumber at the property & not only fixed the broken fitting but also identified 4 more that would have been trouble down the road (I know this because we've had trouble with fittings in the past & did the DIY repair on them - DIY may stand for "Die in a Year" repair...). Anyway, the repairs are done and we feel extremely confident that it wasn't a "do it yourself - die in a year" fix. I would call Ironclad in a minute if I have a plumbing issue again. Both Jessica & Brad were professional, caring & extremely competent and willing to rearrange their schedules to help a new customer. Thank you!
