- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make it easy for new customers! Once you reach out, we’ll listen to your needs, schedule a visit that fits your schedule, and send one of our friendly, experienced technicians to assess the problem. We’ll explain what’s going on, give you honest pricing, and make sure you’re comfortable with the plan before starting any work. We treat every home as if it were our own and always make sure you’re happy before we wrap up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is made up of highly trained and experienced plumbing professionals. Each of our technicians has completed extensive hands-on training and holds the necessary licenses and certifications to perform quality work safely and efficiently. We also believe in staying current with industry standards, which is why our team regularly participates in continuing education and advanced training courses to keep our skills sharp and up to date.
