My tenant called with an issue with the garage door/ Wasn't sure if it was wiring or what. Chris came out same day, and diagnosed the issue. It was a bad spring. He had the part available on his truck. Did the install in less than an hour and invoiced me shortly after. Tenant was extremely happy with his professionalism. Would definately use again.
