What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my pricing depends on the scope and size of the project. I typically offer flat design fees so clients know the cost upfront. Furniture and materials are priced separately. I also occasionally offer introductory discounts for new clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with an initial consultation to understand the client’s vision, needs, and budget. I then develop a design concept with space planning, a color palette, and furniture selections. Once approved, I handle sourcing and procurement. The project concludes with installation and styling to create a polished, cohesive space.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Athens Technical College, where I studied Interior Design. My training focused on space planning, materials, and creating functional, beautiful interiors. This education gave me the foundation to design spaces from concept to completion.
