FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is transparent and based on project scope. Every project is custom, so final pricing depends on your goals, features, and timeline. I don’t use templates or one-size-fits-all packages. Projects typically require a 50% deposit to begin, with the remaining balance due before launch. There are no hidden fees, and any changes outside the original scope are discussed and approved in advance. I don’t advertise discounts, but I’m always happy to recommend the most efficient solution for your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and structured to keep projects moving smoothly. We start with a short intake to understand your goals, timeline, and requirements. Once we align on scope, I send an invoice to secure your spot and officially kick things off. From there, I design and hand-code your website, sharing progress as needed and completing the included revision rounds. Once everything is approved, final payment is completed and the site is launched. I provide hosting for a yearly cost. This yearly cost includes hosting, updates, and support after launch so you don’t have to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m self-taught through hands-on experience and real projects. I originally learned web design and development by building my own website for a virtual assistant business using WIX, which sparked my interest in creating clean, functional websites. From there, I began building custom websites from scratch for family and friends, continually improving through research, practice, and real-world problem solving. I’ve also taken advantage of ongoing free training and learning resources provided through my full-time job to stay current with modern tools, best practices, and performance standards. My training is rooted in doing the work—building, testing, refining, and improving real websites—not relying on templates or shortcuts.
