Each job is priced on an individual basis per job, and we do not work on an hourly basis.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is very simple be it from here or a customer calls direct. 1. Schedule a time to come out for measurements and pricing. 2. review estimate together. 3 collect deposit and order materials. 4. When materials have arrived schedule the installation. 5. Complete installation and collect final payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 27 years of experience in the window and door field. This includes residential, commercial, new construction, and replacement. I also have extensive knowledge in glass from shower enclosures, window panes, table tops, to shelves. Over the years we have included many additional services such as decks and fences. I have many certifications for installation by many of the top manufacturers as well as OSHA 10, Soil, water, and erosion.
