- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer Personal Obedience Training Sessions at your home and outside your home within a reasonable driving distance. The cost is $130.00 per Session per week with a Minimum of 4 Sessions. The Sessions are 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I also offer Evening Group Obedience Training Classes that are once a week, 6pm-8pm. At this time the Group Training Classes are offered on Tuesday Evenings only. The cost for the Group Training Classes is $1,000.00 for 6 classes. You will have hands on with your dog through the Training. For the Group Training Classes there is a Meet and Greet required to make sure your dog is not Reactive towards other dogs and people. The cost for the Meet and Greet is $50.00 and must be completed before registering for the Classes. Board/Train is a 3 week course and the cost is $2,500.00 and there is a meet and greet prior Training. I offer Gun-dog Training, Upland/Waterfowl, for you and your 4-legged Hunting Partner. This Training is done one on one with you and your dog. Contact me for more information and the cost. All dogs must be UTD on Vaccinations with verification from Vet. All dogs must be on Preventative Meds which are Heart Worm, Worming, Flea/Tick. I DO NOT OFFER BOARDING. I DO NOT OFFER TRAINING FOR PROTECTION, THERAPY or SERVICE DOGS. I AM NOT A RESCUE, DO NOT CONTACT ME FOR REHOMING YOUR DOG.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contacting the client, asking the issues they are having, what are they expecting from the training, explain what SBR's training consists off, how long the training will take and the cost. Updated Shot Records are required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before any training for specific tasks, Obedience is the foundation. It doesn't matter if you want a Hunting Companion, Obedience comes first. I have been apprentice under very well known Trainers. I have traveled through the United States running Hunt Test dogs. I judge AKC Hunt Test on Junior and Senior Levels.
