Vaughn at A&V Ephraim LLC is a honest dude. The original Materials i wanted was not only expensive to buy but also expensive to have done. He suggested an alternative way where i was able to save money on Materials and Labor. The other 2 contractors didnt do that. He worked clean and tidy , He was always Punctual and delivered everything i wanted and more. I will definitely be hiring him to do more work and i highly recommend him anytime.

Hired Vaughn for couple jobs for carpentry work including kitchen sink finish which he did satisfactorily . He broke the plumbing and my kitchen laminate flooring got messed up with water. He did not disclose until when I noticed and asked him. He indicated he will fix it but yet to hear back.
**update** there was lot of water damage which damaged our flooring and we have to redo the flooring now.

Specifically asked this vendor if he had a contractor's license, insurance, and ability to create a statement of work in order to complete some work on my home. He said yes but has failed to produce any of the material or respond to further inquiries. More of my time has been wasted.
