- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard pricing with my drop off menu service...however, I give a steep discount to Thumbtack customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer emails me. I call and talk with customer about his/her needs. They decided based on the quoted price whether to hire me. We then proceed to developing the menu and services for the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a diploma as a certified culinarian of Arts. I have a safety and sanitation certification with SafeServ. I also have two other higher education degrees and a diploma in paralegal studies.
