Fresh Air HVAC are very knowledgeable and identified my HVAC’s exact issue immediately. Long story short - I got the previous owner involved due to give me additional funds for the repair since the credit at closing was not enough to cover the quote, and the stipulation of payment was that they get two other quotes from other HVAC technicians. Well that turned out to be a disaster unbeknownst to me and one of the techs they sent out created additional issues. Fresh Air HVAC immediately identified the new issues and came up with a viable solution. I had a working HVAC the same day at a reasonable cost! I will definitely use them for future maintenance of my unit. Thank you so much, again!

My air went out suddenly this evening. The fan blades were not turning and was getting very hot in the house. I went on Thumbtack requested emergency service and within 20 minutes got a call from Mr. Willis said he was in my area and would be on his way. He arrived soon after and had my unit repaired within 30 minutes and was on his way. He had parts with him to fix it right then. I am so happy that my family did not have to go without air for very long with it being very hot outside and my dogs appreciate it too! Thank you again Mr. Willis for coming to save us. I would certainly call upon him again
