My HVAC shut down on one of the hottest nights of the summer. Mr. Willis responded within 15 mins. of my late-night message on Thumbtack and arranged to come out the next morning. He was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He fixed our system within 20 minutes. He clearly explained the problem and what he needed to do to fix it. He also gave us tips on how to prevent air flow problems in the future. Would definitely hire him again.

My air went out suddenly this evening. The fan blades were not turning and was getting very hot in the house. I went on Thumbtack requested emergency service and within 20 minutes got a call from Mr. Willis said he was in my area and would be on his way. He arrived soon after and had my unit repaired within 30 minutes and was on his way. He had parts with him to fix it right then. I am so happy that my family did not have to go without air for very long with it being very hot outside and my dogs appreciate it too! Thank you again Mr. Willis for coming to save us. I would certainly call upon him again

Was having some issues with my HVAC and he came and fixed it then something else happened and I called him and he came right back and took care of it. He made a stressful situation less stressful.
