Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night one day, and I reached out to fresh air HVAC services at midnight, and to my surprise, someone answered and said that they would be there the next day at 9 AM. The technician showed up at 8:30 AM and after a few minutes was able to tell me that my compressor had gone out he made some calls to his parts warehouse and they were able to use the factory warranty to replace the compressor. They properly communicated the total cost of labor and Freon, as well as how long the job is going to take considering the other appointments they had for that day. These two guys did great work my family and I are very appreciative of them. Sorry for the late review.😅

My HVAC shut down on one of the hottest nights of the summer. Mr. Willis responded within 15 mins. of my late-night message on Thumbtack and arranged to come out the next morning. He was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He fixed our system within 20 minutes. He clearly explained the problem and what he needed to do to fix it. He also gave us tips on how to prevent air flow problems in the future. Would definitely hire him again.

Fresh Air HVAC are very knowledgeable and identified my HVAC’s exact issue immediately. Long story short - I got the previous owner involved due to give me additional funds for the repair since the credit at closing was not enough to cover the quote, and the stipulation of payment was that they get two other quotes from other HVAC technicians. Well that turned out to be a disaster unbeknownst to me and one of the techs they sent out created additional issues. Fresh Air HVAC immediately identified the new issues and came up with a viable solution. I had a working HVAC the same day at a reasonable cost! I will definitely use them for future maintenance of my unit. Thank you so much, again!
