From a Gift to a Gala gives quality work and for a fair price. We will work with the client to keep them under the budget without affecting the design of the event. Servicing and satisfying is our first objective.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, my first and main objective is to build rapport. I want them to trust me and my abilities that I will bring their vision into reality. I usually meet them where they feel comfortable, I respect their time and bring samples of my work and equipment. I study the individual’s social media pages, if they allow, so I can get a better feel for the individual and their style.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a M.A. in Professional Counseling, and B.A. in Applied Behavioral Science. Both will assist me in relationship building, dealing with conflict and crisis management. In addition, I have four years of volunteer service from a florist where I learned floral arrangement and wedding coordination.
