Ismael and Jaqueline were very responsive to our request for a quote. They asked questions, took photographs so that they could fully understand exactly what we required ahead of quoting, giving advice on what Paint types we would need when reviewing colors.
In respect to the work Ismael and his work colleague Meli carried out, they arrived each day at the time they specified and worked tirelessly each day taking only a short break for lunch. They were efficient, tidy, and respectful of our home. Cleaning up each day before they left.
They pay great attention to detail, carrying out over and above work that they saw needed to be done. The quality of their work is excellent, something they can be proud of. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone for their painting and decorating needs. We will certainly be working with them again with further work that we need doing in our home in the coming weeks.

This review is NEUTRAL, neither positive or negative.

This pro was very responsive, they showed up on time. This pro seemed to be very knowledgeable during the initial visit. This pro does EXCEPTIONAL work but I think this pro needs to provide better customer service. I was present during the entire process. There were things that were promised that did not happen in its entirety. The finished product was not to our satisfaction and I know why immediately after the paint dried. I brought the concern to the pros attention and immediately the pro got defensive (red flag). I explained to the pro that the work they performed is something I am skilled in and I only hired them because I don’t have the time to do myself. I explained to the pro that had they followed all of the steps necessary (which I explained to them) then the quality of the work would’ve been different. They offered to fix the issue in their own way but that would not have corrected the problem it would have only covered it up and created a visible difference. So I declined their offer unless they were willing to do the entire process over and do it the right way which they declined. There were clear visible imperfections because they left out a step. I feel they were rushing. The job should’ve taken about three days and they started this in our initial meeting but they somehow finished in one day (red flag). AfterI showed them the issues and they knew that I knew what I was talking about they agreed that there were something they didn’t do correctly but this pro NEVER offered a discount in pricing once we couldn’t agree on a resolution. Customer satisfaction is something they should work on. I think this pro has the potential to be great if they work on these issues.

Overall my wife was not happy but we agreed to just take the loss on this one.
