- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To give the best and most accurate price, we really need to come out for an assessment of the area and to measure the yard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the quote has been submitted we like to come out and asses the project first hand. Assessing the project consists of seeing exactly where the fence will be installed and measuring the customer's yard so we can give them an accurate price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduate from Atlanta Area Tech with an Associates degree in Business Management, and I will be receiving my Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Clayton State in May of 2016. I have been doing lawn care for the past ten years, of those 10 years I spent 8 years installing and repairing fences.
