- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is the only area where I cut corners. I always try to beat the market value to ensure the customer is getting the best deal for a great job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to meet a new customer in person to get a feel of them and what they really want. Some people be indecisive until they are comfortable enough to open up about their desired finished projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked along side professionals all my life taking notes and acting in what I learned. I also have some schooling.
