I have three new balconies and I need three hand rails and ballasters. Talked with Mike several times. Seems like a very nice person. I just can not get him to come to my job and give me a price. There is other carpentry work I have mentioned to him. He may be covered up with work and cannot get to me. He's promised to come and set time and date but has not shown at job yet. Looking for someone else now.

Collect photos, give accurate estimate, give a few references of prior jobs... Do the work, get paid.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Doing any detail more than once and that county Code inspectors upon inspection will let me know if I've done detail right or wrong...to each state or county code requirements.
