Hi my name is Aeteon, but with me being an Army Veteran you can call me Miles, if you like. I have been in Real Estate in some form or fashion for the last 9 years. From sales to property management.
I've recently spent the last 3 years inspecting residential properties and have seen first hand the issues many homeowners and tenants experience. This led to me to learn residential carpentery and start a home handyman service to help address these issues.

ADM Home Services excellent. The work quality was very good. I had a collapsed railing coming out of the drywall and he came the very next day and repaired and painted. Will use his home services again for other projects in the home. It feels good to have a reliable person close by that can assist me quickly when needed.

I charge a flat fee per task/project, not by the hour.
Minimum cost per job is $50.
Pricing is for labor, materials are not included for most projects/task
Deposit may be necessary depending on size of project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Recieve a detailed description of work with pictures. Visit home if necessary. Give qoute, if accepted start work same day or when scheduled.
