Courtney and Rolando handled the job quickly, effectively, and neatly. They cleaned up afterwards as well which is something I did not have with the previous contractor. They were able to accommodate my specific needs and went above and beyond to make sure the project would be completed when we ran into some hiccups with the materials from the vendor. I will be using them again in the future for any future flooring and trimming needs.

Courtney took good care of us. I wish I had found him sooner. He was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Our contractor did a poor job installing laminate flooring throughout our house and a month after it was installed it started to buckle. I called Creative Flooring and Courtney was out there within a week. Excellent communication- told me when he could come, called when he was in his way, sent my photos and suggestions about how to fix things. After he fixed the floors They looked great to me but he wasn’t satisfied. His professional eye could see a small gap where the repair was made. He suggested that it should be puttied and I said we could do that ourselves. But he volunteered to come back and do it for no extra charge. This is a man who really cares about the quality of his work and goes the extra mile for his customers. He’s top of my list. Thank you, Courtney and I wish I had found you sooner!!

Chris G Creative Flooring deserves 10 stars for the job that was performed. The job was supposed to be done in two days, however, they were able to complete the job in a day. They were very enthusiastic and had great personalities that made the process a lot of fun. I reached out to many pros to do the job of remodeling my bathroom, and Chris G Creative Flooring jumped for the opportunity and made sure I’m well taken care. I could tell by the rapport that we developed, Chris G Creative Flooring truly care about the work that they do and helping out the community in any way I can.
