Had pre purchase inspection performed by mr. Gaines,prior to getting the results from that inspection I was impresses with mr. Gaines informative and friendly attitude. Based on his knowledge of the area and neighborhood he made me feel comfortable with my decision to choose him ( AAA) for an inspector.I was impressed with his ability to do that.Felt like the inspection would be handled with my best interest in mind.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
None Basic Inspection $300-$400 Commercial Inspection with MAI designation $2k and up
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have continuous education requirements which are required by the State of GA, HUD/FHA, VA, and FNMA. As I stated earlier, if customers only knew how much education is required, he/she would be amazed.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Have worked in the construction industry since a teenager. My first job was as a painter when I was 14 years old with my uncle in the summer. Have worked in the Real Estate profession since 1993 and the appraiser/inspection profession since 1999.
