Brandon was a true help! He was able to assess the damage on my fireplace, accurately provide a solution, and fix our fireplace in an efficient timeline. Highly recommend.

Fireplace and Chimney Cleaning or Repair
Brandon arrived before his scheduled time. He was professional, courteous & very helpful regarding cracks needing our attention. He laid a drop down & not one spec of soot was anywhere when he finished the chimney. He is a excellent employee & we WILL be calling in the future & asking for Brandon. Maybe next time he'll let me make him a cup of coffee. 5 STARS only because there is no 6!

Great Work - Brandon did a great job and we recommend him. He showed up well in advance of the scheduled time, and even went above and beyond to make an unexpected repair to our gas line. Painting the firebox was a great idea and we are very happy with the gas log set he installed!

Fireplace and Chimney Cleaning or Repair
L. B home Inspection & Fireplace is an super honest and professional company. They gave me tips on how to light up my fireplace gas log over the text messages after I describing my issue. They solved my issue and saved me money. I will highly recommend them and will not hesitate to hire them in the future.

Fireplace and Chimney Cleaning or Repair
Brandon was so amazing! He provided us with our requested service but most importantly, he provided us with knowledge. We are new homeowners with little to no knowledge of fireplaces. Prior to Brandon’s service, I was afraid to clean our fireplace (the previous owner left behind) due to not wanting to touch the burner. Additionally, since we have a gas fireplace, we were unsure whether the gas would have to stay on the entire time or not. Brandon addressed all of our concerns. He did such a great job cleaning our fireplace and sweeping our chimney. He was even available to answer a few questions as we started our first fire the next day! We’re looking forward to working with Brandon on future projects. We absolutely recommend him.

FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work? The one who founded Lease Breakers, Brandon, was a home inspector that did alot of educating and training of inspectors. He found out mold can become an asset to anymore. After helping nearly 60 people financially profit of mold test....Lease Breaker was born.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Every inspector at Lease Breakers has always been the "last call". Meaning we are there to not only serve our clients but also fix the mess from prior hires. The wisest thing a customer can do is to research as much as they can. There is more to an inspection and testing than most people realize. The report thats generated can become an asset to you.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?I believe a customer who is unsure ofbthe service they actually need should really do alot of research on the matter. This will save them time and money when hiring a contractor.
