Fireplace and Chimney Cleaning or Repair
Brandon was very professional and provided me with a wealth of knowledge concerning issues with my fireplace and how to resolve them. However, I paid in cash and have yet to receive a receipt for the payment after several text messages requesting a receipt. Other than the receipt issue, I recommend L.B. - How did you get started doing this type of work?The one who founded Lease Breakers, Brandon, was a home inspector that did alot of educating and training of inspectors. He found out mold can become an asset to anymore. After helping nearly 60 people financially profit of mold test....Lease Breaker was born.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Every inspector at Lease Breakers has always been the "last call". Meaning we are there to not only serve our clients but also fix the mess from prior hires. The wisest thing a customer can do is to research as much as they can. There is more to an inspection and testing than most people realize. The report thats generated can become an asset to you.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?I believe a customer who is unsure ofbthe service they actually need should really do alot of research on the matter. This will save them time and money when hiring a contractor.
