- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have been said to have some of the BEST prices by past clients and some current. Not only are we honest and hard working, but we do try to be as affordable as possible. If you are planning to become a recurring client, you definitely will be happy with us because your price drops after the initial appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After collecting the basic information to provide you with a quote, we will then collect any other needed information to build your profile with us. Once we set your appointment, we will then send a confirmation email which will include our protocol for the day we arrive. It will include your quote as well so you have proof of what is to be paid. Once we arrive, we will request a walk through to see all areas being cleaned and any problem areas. We will then collect payment, and begin cleaning. Once we are finished, we will allow the client to do a final walk through to make sure the cleaning is to their liking, and if not this will be the opportunity to point out any areas not to your satisfaction so we may make sure we fix any problems before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We each have years of cleaning experience. We've worked for cleaning business before we opened as a business ourselves from in home health care clients to personal friends and family.
