- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a competitive pricing , however I am not the cheapest in pricing ,but my quality is worth every penny . My work will speak for it self you will not feel ripped off.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make sure I am transparent about the process and complete the job so it looks professional. Good news travels fast so I am just focusing on doing a good job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
